Which one is better??
I think, PC Raster and ILWIS is the best. Using PC Raster, u can run a dynamic modeling GIS, it is an open source GIS software and you have to develop your own script. ILWIS allow you to do GIS processing as well as remote sensing analysis, I like this software because its handy and useful for GIS modeling.
